Horsin’ Around Ranch is a friendly, stress-free equine boarding facility located in Damascus, Oregon (about 25 minutes outside of Portland). We offer a safe space for horse and rider to build upon their partnership and flourish!
Our Barn Manager lives on-site and offers full-care boarding services with year-round, daily turnout. Boarders also have access to all the shared facilities, such as the indoor and outdoor arenas, round pen, washer/drier, and heated shower stall, just to name a few. We welcome riders of all levels and disciplines to join our community and share in the joy of horsemanship!
Meet Korey, the Barn Manager
I’ve owned and trained horses for over 10 years, though animal caretaking has been a lifelong passion of mine. For the past three years, I’ve managed the Horsin’ Around Ranch property and cared for its equine residents. This is a culmination and fulfillment of a lifelong dream to work with horses. With the help of our additional caretakers, farriers, and on-site trainers, we’ve created a safe space for horses and humans to build a positive relationship, grounded in a stress-free environment.
I live on-site with my own goats, alpacas, and horses and enjoy the daily interactions with our boarders. Our small community often coordinates camping trips, group trail rides, coffee chats, and cow clinics that I often join in on too.
